4) Configure Database – 2nd

5) Training users – 5-10 days
6) Live data input and training
7) 2 months customization including documentation.

Standard Annual Support as per agreement

o Annual support agreement that involves
           o On-site maintenance
           o Remote maintenance
           o On-line maintenance
           o Telephone support.
o Training and installation included in charges
o Subsequent customization chargeable
o Data take-on TB, Stocks, Debtors and Creditors if source is in Excel Format
o Basic Chart of accounts included

Minimum Hardware requirement

For efficient usage:
1) Minimum 5 PCs excluding Server
a. Server + UPS
b. Workshop Technicians (Log on/off Job cards)
c. Reception
d. Parts
e. Accounts
f. Cashier
g. Management
2) 2 Printers
3) UPS – All devices on the network
4) Internet [MUST]
5) Server (lower entry, high spec) 16 GB RAM, 3.0 GHz, 1 TB HD, Windows 10
or window server 2012+ (preferably).
6) External HD for periodic Backup.
